I have posted the answers to questions 1-4 numerous times. Question 5 is unknowable. My proposed claims are credible and actionable by any shareholder. The little tucker act claims are novel and with the recent jury verdict, I believe will be hard to dismiss. The SOL is 2026 or 27. I believe that the common law contract violation jury verdict ultimately foreclose on the execution of any more of the SPSPA terms and conditions. I believe that a political solution will end the conservatorship without the disastrous terms of the SPSPA being enforced soon. If not, then expect a suit to be filed in 2025 to force the issues.
