Check out COMS stock price the last few years. Yikes. WAYYYYY down for the year. Absolutely abysmal.

It's pretty clear RXMD/NXPL hired Michael's company to field calls from disappointed shareholders and occasionally issue standard PRs with basic company updates. Probably vastly overpaid for what he does.

Michael is a buffer so no one from the actual company has to hear complaints.

Michael's job is fairly simple: have an optimistic tone and don't promise anything. Give tidbits of information like when he expects the 10k to be released.
