Dilution has now started to rise. I cannot for the life of me explain some of these management guys received raises and option grants with the stock at near all time lows. I cannot believe this is the Mark Smith I met and became friends with. May be he was snatched up by aliens and came back to earth with GX blood in his veins.

If he can bring IBC out of the abyss and hit the target he predicted to me, I will be happy and ride off into the sunset. I will have a hard time getting back into NIO after my last loss trade and the fact that those vermin from GX hold the cards.
