First: Its a 1:1000 reverse split that won't happen tomorrow according to FINRA Daily List, you "mistakenly" added an extra 0.

Second: KEGS didnt just file for the Reg-A (it was filed on 11-22-2023) but it did get approved by the SEC last week. KEGS doesnt have to sell shares at that price, fyi!

Third: Ill be buying more shares of KEGS tomorrow!
