Just a reminder: Reverse splits on the OTC are always followed by dilution of the stock. That's why the PPS dives when one is announced (or discovered) and why it dives a lot after the RS is enacted.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
