$NLST Update on Micron628 case Netlist filed in proper venue—TX/Gilstrap—to counter Micron frivolous Idaho suit on bad faith patent assertion. While Micron's isn't a patent case—them being infringers—Netlist did intend 628 to be patent & infringement case, so did Gilstrap when ordering Sched/Case-Mgmt Conf—“purpose of the scheduling conference will be to assign a CLAIM CONSTRUCTION hearing”(top pic)—and gave deadlines.
Micron motioned—"modify the scheduling order entered on Feb14, which includes deadlines relevant only to patent cases”(mid pic)—refuting Gilstrap.😂
