Perhaps the 5 calendar days timer begins on the EDGAR filing date of the NT 10-Q, which is Monday Mar 18?

This may give them until Saturday Mar 23 to file the 10-Q.

In this case, the filing would appear on Monday Mar 25 at 6 AM ET.

NT 10-K was filed on Jan 29.

They had 15 calendar days to file the 10-K, and they went delinquent exactly 15+1 days on Feb 14 (rather than Feb 16).

This suggest the 15 day/5 day timer begins on the NT 10-K/NT 10-Q filing date, not Jan 31 or Mar 15.

As such, this may not go Pink Limited / Yield / SEC Delinquent tomorrow.
