Mainly on the sidelines here for a couple months (small stake bought under .01 for a lotto play) and have been watching, but curious.

Has anyone been able to explain with all the dd out there how this r/s document went unnoticed for the last 8 months until yesterday? Wasn’t this also well before the sale and transfer of the shell? Wouldn’t be surprised if it was just put in place in case they decided to do it later at some point and that they now come out and say that they have no plans at the moment for an r/s. That would sure send things back over the ath with very little chance for buyers to get back in at these prices.
