You can try to blame anyone you want but the facts are the SEC is stopping the nonsense of hijacking/Custodianship shells.

I have never seen a Shell with so much Baggage.

Caveat Emptor
Shell"

Plus, the Company hasn't filed a 15c.

That is one ugly shell.
