A RS doesn't change the MC valuation significantly, if at all. We lost 82% because of stigma attached to a RS on OTC, as sometimes its paired with convertible debts and dilution. This has not happened here.

If I read it correctly, the planned AS has come down to 2 billions from 4.6 billions. Whats wrong with lowering the AS?
