Used to could get lvl 2 stock quotes for free from otc markets, but gotta pay for it now.

With lvl 2 quotes you can see where all the ask/ bid spreads are lined up. I can't imagine it's active, no big blocks anywhere to speak...nobody wants to buy at these prices, nobody wants to sell either. All the traders are gone, no volume, all the holders would rather wait than sell and buyers know it's over priced not worth putting dead money (for now and who knows how long) in to wait and see. It is currently a dormant company that has some value and the majority of the float is held by strong hands that are willing to take a full loss rather than sell. New no money is coming in and fir good reason, it's dormant for now. Maybe the new board member means it is waking up, but maybe also new board member just needs something nice on his resume.
