Hey 'sej' - You pose an interesting question, and in "Jest" - I'm sure !

~ Truth is; . . . Considering the "Recent Partnership w/ MjLink & INQD", . . .
I doubt a RS would occur unless there was a decision to Merge both companies, with the intent to Up-list
to a higher exchange, and I'm guessing that wouldn't happen until sometime next year !!!

At this point, both companies need to establish "Proof of Concept", and if the JV - Business Plan
generates "Million's" in cash, that would be the time to Merge, and use a RS to Up-list !
Keep in mind, the Liquidity Events w/ Outdoorsmen & LikeRE will be . . .
adding Millions of - $$$ - to the Companies Bottom Line !!!

~ The Good News For Us Shareholders; The stock price will most, likely
have moved UP much higher, by the time that happens! - Imo

~ Just my opinion, and I'm really looking forward
to seeing how it all roles out !!!
