This is my opinion based on materials I've studied.
BLLB is a total MILLER, HALVORSON, RHODEHAMEL SCAM.
The DOJ and FBI totally bothched their MARK MILLER case. They left out numerous corps and individuals involved 4 reasons unknown by most.
They r both fallin apart at the seams right now as accused corrupt agencys.
If they had their way they would never hear another word or see evidense regardin MARK MILLER.
The SEC case and investigation is active so they get a pass for now. I believe they r waitin and watchin in order ta make some decisions concernin their MARK MILLER CASE and INVESTIGATION.
The ACTIVE VICTIMS r also waitin. Theyre waitin ta see which legal direction they go next and which perps take good advice and exit the affected corps. They have several proposed plans of action. That's the reason I add VACATE OR LITIGATE in some posts.
The SEC stated mission is to regulate and protect corps from fraudsters such as Mi9ller and his group. I believe they would also like to see THE MILLER HIJACKS get cleaned up. Probably in a manner where they save litigation time and expense. Also in a manner where their liability and oaths r not questioned by those victims they protect.
I have seen memos on communication wit both Kim Halvorson and David Rhodehamel. I also see BLLB scam related individuals both publishin ridiculous excuses and resignin their positions. I've seen comments on these actions. Those ranged from "good start", "Burn them all", "Help the shareholders and technology"", and more along those lines. I saw a request from shareholders to attempt the clean up first and decide on further actions dependin on results.
As I look at and post on the MILLER affected corp boards I see an exit happenin right now.
I'll let ya all here know that BLLB actions will play big. Bigger fish in this pond.
Any real BLLB shareholder that PURCHASED shares would be delighted 2 see the illegal scammers gone, shares stolen returned and real business deals initiated. A lot depends on those shareholders. The technology and upside potential is VERY REAL. So is the exit of the criminals.
