I'm on the sidelines now. Sold at 8.50 this morning. No real catalyst coming that I know of other than a buyout announcement. And no way they'd pay $8 share when they could have bought it for $1. But never say neveru guess. I have noticed big companies like to wait for a stock price to get above $5 before they buy them out.
