Expert Market https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BOPO/security no USA brokers allow trading except to sell, if some foreigners wanted to buy they still can, so until BOPO submits to OTC Markets the filings they require to remove the CE its just dead for traders, but like I,ve said in the past BOPO has said they want this trading again as well so we wait
