If that announcement is that the final noteholder is done, then it's a thinly veiled secret at this point. That is probably what we're seeing today...

Maybe that's a good thing, combined with this MOU for the $50 mil in financing. What are the terms of the financing though exactly? It's more than just first right of refusal on projects....

"The agreement is subject to the preparation and approval of final agreements that will delineate the specifics of the partnership."

Traverse must have Providence by the jewels...but still, I'm just focusing on current market cap vs. potential market cap. This is where I appreciate varok's thoughts on this potentially reaching .0005, then taking a breather - that does seem possible, even with, say, 15 bil OS. In that scenario, you'd still only be looking at a $7.5 mil MC. That's not absurd. Traverse must see SOMETHING in Providence, some foresight in their ability to seek out good projects and their potential connections (maybe the JLaw connection) to put themselves out there.

How binding is an MOU? That's another question I'd have.
