there is no RS until there actually is one.

document was fake. site can be hacked with ease. it was doctored.

also the document is dated 3/15.

why did it take 4 days for somebody to notice the RS clause.

stock dropped yesterday. 4 days later.

also the language: "as soon as possible".

that is a dead giveaway: they made it sound like it is a bloody emergency.

why would a company with billions in revenue do a RS anyway.


and finally even if it was true--which it is not--they saw what a RS would do to the stock.

why would they go ahead with the RS given what happened yesterday.


there is no RS.

they dont even have OTC access yet.

so the chances of a RS are zero in my estimation.



also company is in a silent period. they probably cant say anything but you they saw what happened yesterday.

even if there was that clause for RS, there will absolutely no RS after what happened yesterday.

Chinese are not exactly dumb.


but there is 100% chance that the document was fake.
