One would think that for real, but they don't care, they want to reset everything and start selling shares to pay the companies expenses, every company that goes public they do it to sell shares, they don't go public for you and me, until they are successful and even then company officers, directors sell their so called stock options, this is done day in day out even with big cap stocks, much less OTC scams.
