They will just wipe out current shareholders . Then they issue themselves a few billion shares to gain complete control of the company. And start pumping and dumping a few more billion shares .
They can also amended the article's of Incorporation and print even more shares . As current Shareholders will have no vote in it .
On the bright side none of that can happen until finra actually approves the merger. And if this has a history that might not even happen.
