Well, here's the thing. Back in 2021 GS didn't seem to know how long it took for a Form 10 to become effective.

Finally received response from OTCM & confirmed with SEC. Form 10s will be deemed effective 60 days after they are filed, provided that the SEC has no outstanding questions. Then OTCM will deem the companies current.

And in the Feb. 6 PR it says:

The Form 10 filing is expected to occur late in the first quarter of 2025 and the SEC typically requires 3 to 6 months for comments/question before accepting such a filing.


That's incorrect as I think if there's something wrong with it it has to be withdrawn, fixed, and resubmitted.

So what's up with that?
