Great GREAT example now over there. Ideally, Hahalolo will take note. Introducing a large and premature RS is a killer for reputation, momentum, liquidity, price, and investor confidence. RS is not always a disaster like that, it does not have to be that way imo. Dream scenario is they actually care about their OTC shareholders, and build investor confidence with revenues and filings, and ideally later after the company is already on OTCQB and SEC filing... then consider a much much smaller RS with the sole purpose to make the jump to a listed exchange. I'm not saying that will happen. It's pretty unlikely. Just saying it's possible.
