I guess I should have been more careful cuz now I got to explain myself for what I posted. Frankly, I really didn't/don't care if it was a "merger" or an "acquisition" (perhaps GS is using them interchangeably?) but if I recall correctly, some have said he probably didn't have ANYTHING at all and it was just BS and that was what I was thinking HL might have meant (so perhaps I read him wrong) so I disagreed because think GS did.

No big deal. I hope.
