No. If EXIM comes through there will be a bump and maybe a nice run but I don't buy into those. I don't like the long term prospects here and long term is how I like to invest.

I think the scandium naysayers have been proven right. Getting financed through government help primarily just shows that people richer and smarter than me don't think this project will be profitable. Don't forget, when they first started talking about rare Earth elements management was careful to refer to them as byproducts. First mentioned 3 years ago and still no traction there
