In my opinion, he had all those contracts around the corner before he wanted to merge with NHMD. Then it turned out that the merger with NHMD will never happen and he took all those contracts in his pipeline to merge with SPZI.

That's the reason why there is no history for this 3 months old company and that's why he came out with all that contracts so fast after the merger with SPZI.

I'm wondering why he should lie with this contracts and the revenue? If it is all a lie - and everyone will see it if there will be nothing in the reports - he will go straight to court and then to prison... Why should he do that?
