Well, that's where we differ because I don't believe this is a scam as I think that GS had every intention of getting this SEC Reporting, like he did with both $SRNW and $WNFT, but it turned out that this ticker, apparently, was too messed up to fix thanks to previous management.

Hey this ticker isn't done, it's just not going to be as great as many thought it was going to be, imo.
