Speaking for myself, but the constant HYPEIUM, HOPIUM and FOMO-inducing posts and the dream of a new Lamborghi and new house in a different ZIP Code are dreams that die hard. And despite all the disappointments I held out hope for quite awhile based on this:

But it appears that money can't fix everything and sometimes one simply avoids facing the truth until it can't be avoided any longer.



It now appears to me that this:

$GVSI + GEORGE (OTC WIZ) SHARP = $TSNP 2.0"

has become merely this:

"$GVSI = GEORGE (OTC WIZ) SHARP = $GVSI 2.0"

With "$GVSI 2.0" not being able to get any new corporate actions "processed" (approved) through FINRA because it won't become SEC Reporting again (and I still won't say that's a 100% certainty, although it might be!!)

But I'm still somewhat puzzled though as GS has said he can't get this audited yet tweeted this Feb. 6:

The Solution
In order for FINRA to process GVSI's corporate actions--FINRA does not approve actions, they only process them--GVSI will have to once again become a reporting issue in good standing. To do so, GVSI will have to file two years of audited financials within a Form 10 filing. Current reinstated as an SEC reporter in good standing.

And in the PR of Feb. 6 was this:

The Form 10 filing is expected to occur late in the first quarter of 2025...

If it is impossible for GVSI to become SEC Reporting again then why would GS give people HOPE that it might be?
