Here's the deal. This merger is real for one reason: Eric Newlan and his Father are in charge of the merger. Eric Newlan speaks across the Country at CLE courses on Mergers and Acquisitions especially involving International companies. When I saw that Eric was the lead attorney with the update on March 6, 2024, I began to load up under a penny. Newlan & Newlan have been in buisiness for nearly 40 years now. Eric has been licensed to practice law since 1987.
Eric is solid gold. He doesn't play with pumps and dumps. When I saw his name as counsel for JFH, I knew the merger was real and began buying every share I could. It will not be the company merging in; it will be a subsidiary.
Eric Newlan would never associate himself with a scam. His reputation is one of the best in the Country. When I think of Eric Newlan two words come to mind: Trust and Integrity.
$IGPK is the real deal. Don't try to call Eric and ask him anything about this merger. The ATTORNEY-CLIENT privilege prohibits him from talking to you. JFH is his client. You are not.
Yes...everyone will do well here. Relax. Eric will file the Annual and get us pink current status once OTCIQ access is granted. Knowing Eric, he already has the Annual completed and is waiting on FINRA to grant him OTCIQ access.
