A strategic place for the Evergreen Illegal Burger/Kalaka Mexican Kitchen restaurants:

Right around a major highway exit with hotels around. I never noticed this until now.

A couple of weekends ago I drove quite a distance to visit my son in another state and we had to stop overnight both there and back, and chose hotels near highway exits. It makes perfect sense for restaurants to want to be within easy driving (and spotting) distance of those locations.

So even though Nixon has been at that location for a long time, I give him after-the-fact credit for being in that location for his dual restaurants.
