I believe that the OTCQX tier that AGSS is in has a minimum bid requirement of $0.25 for 30 consecutive days. I'm not certian if that is the initial requirements for listing or the ongoing 'maintenance' requirement. The stock is well above that even if languishing due to no news or guidance from the leadership.
There are a lot of other requirements as well for filings, minimum market capitalization, and minimum shareholder equity. We'll see how they are doing with the annual report due end of this month.

Personally I am not worried about them being in danger of getting booted from the QX unless the financials come out incredibly horrible and this tanks below a dime.
