Oh you mean the news release where the very same CEO you are carping about states:

CEO Jim Katzaroff said, "We at VXIT are pleased with the support from the DTII team to consummate
our license and look forward to a successful rollout not only in Texas, but elsewhere."


Seems like he's is not so silent, 6-months ago he communicated the above, though one must be able to read news releases I guess. Too funny...
