That Placer County Superior Court lawsuit is ALIVE and WELL and the MOORE MORE KLAN are "no shows" and thus DEFAULT JUDGEMENT is incoming and like a tactical final strike......APRIL 8th 2024 and the GANNETT legal council will "MOVE FOR DEFAULT" when the MOORE MORE KLAN are "no shows" to the mandated first "case mgt hearing" per CA law....!!!

With attorneys fees + contractual failure to pay and "other" disgorgement - OVER $2 MILLION WILL BE OWED BY INNER-CRIME.....when the lawyer for Gannett files his MOTION FOR DEFAULT and the judge will grant it ASAP to "clear the docket" as there's nothing "legally at dispute" ....when the defendant INNERSCOPE + MATTHEW ROSS MOORE + MARK LEE MOORE are all a NO SHOW and in contempt and FTA aka "FAILURE TO APPEAR"..... same as in GA federal district court with the Ledbetter suit.......
