KP2, I am not an attorney and since the company never made it to NASDAQ
as what the "stated objective was" many years ago - and since it is now just
considered a penny stock - I truly doubt any type of legal action would be
possible. But again, it is only opinion. Who knows for sure?

There appears to be a little underlying support this morning - so, maybe that
miracle I mentioned "might" still be a possibility - only time will give us that
answer.
