Another RUSE in perpetuating this on-going criminal FRAUD by the MOORE MORE CLAN aka MATTY BOY aka THE PUNK - is peddling the massive LIE that "Hearing Assist is a wholly owned subsidiary of Innerscope Hearing" blah blah blah BULLSHIT !!!

Matty Boy USES THAT LIE and DECEPTIVE FRAUD on websites such as Walmart and Walmart.ca (Canada) and many other places including the fraudulent OTC MARKETS PROFILE page etc. This is criminal level fraud and deceptive practices - not just mere "errors or oversight" or civil violations....!

"Hearing Assist" was PAST TENSE but is NOT MORE "Hearing Assist II LLC" as filed in freaking VA ! It is TERMINATED and DISSOLVED and hasn't occupied it's prior address in about 2 DAMN YEARS NOW !!!

To operate LEGALLY in California once MATTY BOY aka THE PUNK claims "WE BOUGHT-OUT HEARING ASSIST" blah blah then it HAD TO BE LEGALLY INCORPORATED IN CA aka what is known as filing for a "Foreign corp or LLC" aka out of state corp/LLC registered in another state DOING BUSINESS IN California.......

CALIFORNIA TERMINATED "HEARING ASSIST" and did it a hell of a long time ago....

The "Hearing Assist" address of 945 Seahawk Circle, Virginia Beach VA 23452 US is GONE ALSO and was leased to the DaoGroup a "accounting software company" like TWO DAMN YEARS AGO !

OPERATION EXPEL INNERSCOPE FROM EVERY RETAILER - must include these FACTS .....LET EVERY RETAILER KNOW THAT THEIR IS NO LONGER EVEN A COMPANY or legal entity "HEARING ASSIST" in existence and thus THAT is why suckers buying the dog crap leftover inventory will be STIFFED and get no warranty and no product support, etc !!
