So basically all anyone can supply is a few posts on Twitter and a Nevada name change which anyone can do .
No website, no merger terms , no 8k , no nothing but a bunch of front loaded clowns telling you to buy and hold .
Billion dollar companies dont merge with pink penny share bloated pigs . Never have never will .



It's just a China Hustle pump and dump, and nothing more, a fairy tale of a multi-billion dollar mystery Chinese company merging into a scammy stinky pink shell company and handing over their ownership to its shareholders.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
