Brian Mclain on a recent filing for IGPK seems to own 203,500,000 shares based on the fintel/SEC report and has a family office called M. Mclain Investments?

https://www.corporationwiki.com/Texas/Port-Neches/m-mclain-investments-llc/38644307.aspx and has ties to Nederland, TX as well. Could be a different Brian Mclain but seems logical they are the same person.

Looks like someone who is fluent in the OTC n' making some rather large investments or getting rather large sums of shares for nothing ...... but why?
