I have stopped - I hope - having to argue about special projects - Wall or ACA - that could not be funded by cash from F and F ---- just did not happen

Now - it is simpler - no cash leaves for Treasury - it is all kept at F and F and they write paper IOUs (maybe digital DocuSign?) to the Treasury that piles them up increasing the LP amount they say F and F owes

We have been screwed and screwed and screwed again by all parts of GOV. But making up misinformation does not add to the conversation
