1. I don't listen to Wise Man because his rants lack logic.

2. I'm not a "Pagliara hater", I just noticed that his prediction from Jan. was wrong. Lael Brainard said last week that there won't be a release before the election. (I doubt that this statement can be interpreted as counter-indicative, as JOoa0ky believes.)

"Now, Please explain how Pagliara's 18 month or longer prediction "is wrong" after less than 3 months?"

Pagliara was talking about a "big idea win" for Biden before the election. I wonder how Biden could benefit from initiating the release of FnF "within 18 months", because it would be Trump (if he wins) who reaps the benefits of this project. Please note the timeframe of what Pagliara wrote in #7 (emphasis mine):

7. Biden will start the recap and release process, claim credit for solving the housing crisis, and appropriate the 100 billion warrant money to congressional districts in a variety of programs to address affordability but more importantly SUPPLY. This is the easiest big idea win available in the current election cycle.
