Well, I hope to have some interesting news to share with you girls. Come to find out that in the Nader Pourhassan and Kazem Kazempour versus USA case some action was in play this week. I found out there were a couple of recent transcripts filed that the contents won't publicly be known for at least a month from now. But as of this past Monday Dr. Kazempour's team has not received one FDA document since the Government made the agreed-upon request to the FDA on December 20, 2023.

"At this time, no responsive documents have been produced to Kazempour. The Government has indicated that the FDA has only collected the documents but not yet begun the substantive review that is required for production. For the past several weeks, Kazempour has sought information regarding the volume of the collection and an anticipated production schedule, but the Government has not been able to provide that information."

Supposedly a telephone conferences with all parties occurred on Friday that the details are not public yet either. I wonder if Katangolo knows if there will be more tidbits in this document trove from Suzanne Strayhorn and it "will be more entertaining than the real housewives".

From the looks of the docket there won't be any courtroom trial in progress until at least mid to late May 2024 at the earliest. Just in time for when school gets out.
