How about some positive news, mentions 4 45 nm fabs. Lets see multi-billion dollar investments in Oregon,Arizona, New Mexico etc; Intel's tax rate is at 30% because its consistantly profitable; it's just a matter of Time before some Tax Judge reminds the IRS who is paying thier salaries. Some heavy duty arm twisting by some governors and senators durring an election year may do wonders also.
