I didn't miss anything because there hasn't been a Shareholders Meeting in almost 5 years.

In fact, in over a decade and a half, there have only been 2 Shareholders Meetings and both of them were called so that the Douchebag CEO could get something out of it.

In the 1st meeting he was able to sucker shareholders into giving him 2 super voting shares (worth 400 MILLION votes).

In the 2nd meeting (in 2019) he almost got away with suckering shareholders into reverse splitting their own shares but allowing him to NOT reverse split his own shares. That would have given him 90%+ control over the company in perpetuity. Luckily, I was able to expose his devious plan and save shareholders.
