New theory:
Will GS Capital be court ordered to buy back approximately 250 million shares??? If Blackstar can win their counter claim against GS Capital, I theorize that the share price will spike as those shares that GS Capital have sold are now in the ownership of long-term shareholders. GS Capital will be forced to return approximately 250 million shares to Blackstar if the counter claim is affirmed by the court. I own several percent of the authorized shares and I will not sell them for less than $1 per share!!! Blackstar is also seeking compensatory and punitive damages which the court may award with a very very generous decision!!! Know what you own and decide for yourself what the future of Blackstar shall be.......
