stock. Seems to be plenty available.

Since the loan on 12/8, the company has issued over 215MM shares.

The first update after the loan was on 12/22 and there were 8.272B OS. Since that time SFRX has issued an average of about 2.6MM shares daily counting weekends and holidays. At that pace they will issue right at another 1B this year, which means they will run out of NASDAQ shares in the next 12 months or so.
