Yes. The Douchebag CEO loves to kick the can down the road, and has been doing it for over a decade and a half (all the while stuffing money from shareholders into his pockets).

Why wait until the Spring? Why not just start trials immediately? The answer is because they are waiting for perfect weather conditions, and don't want the weather to kill their wimpy worms (which has happened time and time again).
