In my opinion. Pdgood was connected to Mark Miller or other members of management in some way shape or form. Hes probably the guy who was defending himself years ago by posting on this board. He obviously feels he got played by one of them so he is attempting his revenge through IHub. Just my opinion.

I look at it this way. If pdgood is right and Rhodehamel has to surrender her shares, that means management rights would transfer to the next largest shareholder unless a judge appointed a temporary custodianship, and the share structure here would be even more attractive making this an even stronger buy.
