why's it taking so long to raise a "modest" 1-2 million $$, last year S7 raised 6 million in 5 days at $1 CAD which is probably about twice the price of this PP which was announced 10 days ago

1) raising about 1/3 the monies as LY
2) at about 1/2 the PPS as LY
3) and already taking TWICE the time to close it as LY!!

and why did RH bury the PP in the March 5 news release, LY it had its own news release and the UPSIZED closing just 5 days later!
