after being at $1.27 in the beginning of this month and steadily dropping to below a buck, a little rise in the pps is not unusual...nothing drops straight down forever...there is always a bump up somewhere along the way.....when a stock gets a bit oversold, there is always a correction...

or as you like to say....a dead cat bounce...

this should not be confused with strength when there is really nothing fundamentaly to justify the move up...
