agreed...if exxon wanted to proceed forward without fcel, they would simply hire away whomever they want from the ranks of fcel's employees...assuming they wanted to hire anyone from fcel at all..

but if they did, what current fcel employee would choose to stay with a floundering mismanaged small company that has one foot in the OTC and the other on a banana peel?.......as opposed to working for one of the biggest and best energy companies in the world...

tough choice...lol
