The fact that the BCSC has been investigating Jared and issuing subpoenas has been confirmed. There were convictions last spring in Boston of two participants in a pump and dump scheme that involved Jared’s wholly-owned Copper Island Mines. According to news releases Copper Island Mines conveyed a 20% interest in itself for 7,000,000 shares of an OTC stock. The insiders then paid to promote the heck out of the stock and sold huge amounts of stock as the price rose. The pump contained exaggerated and false claims. The convictions were for the pump and dump scheme. We need to be very careful to prevent Jared or the current board from associating MGX with any (further? Read the court affidavit) pump and dump activity.
