$SFLM if someone were selling on Ebay as TESLA but not MUSK that would be illegal AND SO as such LADIN is still selling as $SFLM
BUT KEEPING THE MONEY and I would think that $SFLM has to be liable if LADIN gets in trouble again just because LADIN left the word Corp out of the name and still using the company name but has nothing on paper about it any where ???
AS a CEO there would be no way I would let a proven crook use my company name ,,
,and so it all smells real bad to me

MACKAY paid a FINE of LADINS making and also all that money that was collected by LADIN from dumping diluting shares from the day LADIN took over was used to pay LADINS previous bills from EBAY or so LADIN stated and NOT $SFLM previous bills BUT LADINS ?????? WHY WAS THIS MONEY not a big point in the take over papers filed from NOVEMBER ???
SO if MACKAY calls EBAY and say hey this guy left the company last year but is still using the company name and selling what's going on and where is the money ?? EBAY would with hold every thing until its settled I am sure of that
SO either something going on or MACKAY IS REALLY STUPID THATS MY OPINION
