No it was not halted. It was sent to the Expert Market which as everyone knows has significant restrictions. You cannot buy because it is not allowed, however trading still occurs in unsolicited/unquoted manner if you are able to access it from a system outside the US or other restricted locations.

If you want to by that much, then you can always move to another country that lets people buy shady gray market stocks :p
